Named after every Law Enforcement Officer (L.E.O.) who serves with honor, Leo helps kids understand the role of law, the importance of fairness, and how respect keeps communities strong. He teaches students that rules aren’t about punishment they’re about protection. And leadership doesn’t mean control it means service.
