One school team. A page for every classroom.
The school is the shared team. Each classroom has an adult-managed fundraising page that joins that team. A gift credited to the classroom also counts toward the school team.

Find your school team on the challenge page. Select Join the Challenge, sign in as the adult organizer, and join that school team. Create an individual fundraiser page for your classroom. Use a class label and school name, never a child’s identity.

Tell us the school name and location, your adult contact, classroom or group, community purpose and your goal, if you have one. We can help create the page. If your school is missing, we confirm it and create one shared school team first.
Get team setup help →SmartSlaps manages school-team creation to keep one team per school. A teacher can manage a classroom page without access to the Foundation account. We verify the school and donation route. Your team sets its own goal; no itemized budget is required to begin.
From a school need to support delivered.
- Agree on the mission. Confirm the adult organizer, school contact, community purpose and your team’s goal. Request school-team setup if it is not listed.
- Make your classroom page. Join the school team, write a short story and save your classroom’s exact fundraising link. We can help check the donation link and prepare your materials.
- Choose and share your SmartSlaps. We confirm available Guardians and quantities. Your team shares its mission and donation link. The shared SmartSlap QR opens smartslaps.org/scan; it does not identify a classroom automatically.
- Follow through. Thank supporters and share accurate updates. We keep money raised, available funds, support sent and confirmed receipt separate. Support records identify the contributing team or classroom where that attribution is available.
Friendly competition with clear rules.
School teams are ordered by amount raised. Classroom pages show their credited totals, but Givebutter’s individual ranking also considers supporter count. It is not a dollars-only classroom ranking. Agree on a start date, end date and recognition rules before a local challenge. Refunds can change totals.
Celebrate community service, participation and progress as well as donations. Giving is voluntary. Adults manage pages and payments. There are no student sales quotas or child fundraising accounts.
What your team receives
A participating team receives its confirmed Guardian SmartSlaps and brief starting guidance. We check the donation link, Guardian choice, quantity and mailing details before packing. Availability depends on funding and inventory.
This is a community fundraising starter kit. It is not a curriculum package or a personal sticker giveaway. Homeschool families and co-ops are welcome as adult-led teams for any community mission. We help you choose a recipient, set up your page and prepare your Guardian SmartSlaps. Personal expenses and personal-use sticker requests are not supported.

Share the classroom’s exact fundraising link. Donors check the fundraiser and school-team credit and enter the school’s full name, city and state in the required recipient field. A written school name alone does not assign leaderboard credit.

Know what was raised and what reached the school.
SmartSlaps Foundation receives the donations, reviews the intended recipient and purpose, and records approved support sent to the school. We aim to send approved, available support on the 1st of each month. A classroom total is not an automatic payment to a teacher, student or school.
Givebutter tips are off. Donors cover the required platform and processing fees shown at checkout. Foundation operating gifts remain separate from school-directed support.
