Use an approved setting
A representative coordinates the event, educator or adult lead, quantities, and organizational permissions. Do not direct children to approach unfamiliar people on their own.
Introduce the purpose
Explain Leo's subject and the educational purpose of SmartSlaps. Keep the activity nonpartisan and focused on learning rather than endorsements or fundraising pressure.
Help families continue
Direct adults to the instruction hub and Guardian directory. Invite voluntary discussion or reflection after the activity.
Try one simple activity
Ask participants what responsibility or fairness can look like in an everyday community situation, using the program leader's age-appropriate examples.
Requesting SmartSlaps
Submit one consolidated request through an authorized adult contact. No incident details, case records, or student lists are needed.
What to expect
We send the SmartSlaps. Parents, educators, and community partners access the instructions and program resources online. Requests are reviewed and fulfilled as funding and inventory allow.
Physical delivery includes the confirmed SmartSlaps and a brief printed guide to the online instructions. Decorative boxes, individual wrapping, laminated guides, and a full printed packet are not the standard delivery.
