Schools can recognize students who help distribute SmartSlaps, assist classmates, and take part in supervised learning or service activities.
Hero of the Month
SmartSlaps™ Heroes serve as Student Ambassadors for their school. This is a leadership privilege students can earn, just like Student of the Month, but with real ownership, service, and school pride.

Give students specific, supervised tasks.
Help Manage Stickers
Support the sticker station and help keep the program organized and exciting.
Track Impact
Help monitor how many SmartSlaps are shared and when restocks are needed.
Teach Other Students
Show classmates how to find their Guardian’s subject and try an activity.
Represent the Mission
Be a visible student leader who helps your school take pride in giving back.
🏆 Ways to Recognize Service
Adults can recognize helpfulness, learning, and service. Recognition never depends on dollars raised.
Ask the Foundation about current badge availability before promising an award.
A school or adult organizer may recognize service with a local certificate. Confirm any Foundation-provided materials first.
Share a school or group update without children’s names or photos. Public recognition is optional and needs appropriate permission.
Adults can recognize helpfulness, completed tasks, and participation.

Schools can nominate one or more students each month to serve as SmartSlaps™ Heroes. The school sets the responsibilities and supervises the activities.
